We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a reputable Private Hospital in Dublin.

Key Requirements:

• Current registration with the NMBI.

• At least 5 years of Cardiothoracic or Surgical ICU experience

• Completion of a preceptorship program is essential

• Post Graduate Qualification in Critical Care is desirable

• Right to work in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in ICU, demonstrating specialist skills in ICU clinical practice and adherence to professional and hospital standards.

• Support staff development through preceptorship, training, and fostering a learning environment as well as pursue ongoing professional development and mandatory training.

• Deputise for CNM 2/Clinical Coordinator, promote effective teamwork, monitor safety, and act as a resource within ICU for staff and patient care.
