Akeso Healthsearch is delighted to partner with a leading private hospital in Dublin to recruit a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I (CNM I) for the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a cutting-edge environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and the professional development of a dynamic nursing team.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration

• Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a Cath Lab setting

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (desirable)

• Postgraduate qualification in cardiology, critical care or management is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication and clinical skills

• Ability to coordinate team performance and ensure safe, high-quality care

• Eligibility to work in Ireland (Stamp 4 or EU citizenship required) – sponsorship is not available

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the Cath Lab nursing team

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care

• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, protocols and quality improvement initiatives

• Support and mentor nursing staff, including induction, education and ongoing professional development

• Collaborate with consultants, cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high clinical standards

• Monitor patient care outcomes, ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
