Infection Prevention Control Nurse

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a sub-acute hospital in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staff, audits, and preventative measures
• Analysis and maintain the facility for infection control and also the health of the employees
• Implement any new staff training, procedures, or new policies
• Uphold care center policies, best clinical practices, while identifying, and addressing areas of concern in collaboration with the Director of Nursing

Requirements

• Registered with the NMBI live register
• Must have 2 years’ experience working as an infection prevention and control nurse.
• Recognised qualification in infection control
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Sound decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others and work independently.
• Results-oriented.
