On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing to join a nursing home in Co. Donegal. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring efficient staff coordination to provide excellent patient care.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold high standards in care delivery and resident satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for families and residents, addressing any care-related concerns with empathy.
• Support the Director of Nursing in implementing best practices and quality improvements.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote continuous professional development and teamwork.

Key Requirements:

• Current NMBI registration with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to lead a cohesive nursing team.
• Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care, with experience in elderly care.
