We are now inviting applications for an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead a warm, resident-focused nursing home in North County Dublin. 

About the Role:

• Deliver empathetic and strategic leadership in a positive, resident-focused care setting.

• Lead, support, and motivate a competent and committed nursing team to achieve high standards of care.

• Ensure all clinical practices meet best practice guidelines and remain fully compliant with HIQA standards.

• Contribute significantly to the ongoing performance, quality outcomes, and reputation of the nursing home.

Requirements:

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a nursing management position within a nursing home environment.

• Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to team development.

• Thorough knowledge of HIQA regulations and compliance requirements.

• Right to work in Ireland.
