We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager who lives in Kildare or is willing to relocate to join an established nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the highest standards of nursing and social care, aligned with best practices and nursing home policies.
Oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance and coordinating regular reviews with GPs and pharmacies.
Lead, mentor, and support Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, fostering professional growth and a resident-centered approach.
Conduct clinical, environmental, and medication audits, implementing improvement plans to maintain exceptional standards.
Serve as a key contact for residents and families, addressing queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
Active NMBI registration.
Managerial training or previous leadership experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong decision-making and a proactive approach.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.
Commitment to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
