We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a reputable nursing home in County Wexford.

Requirements:

• Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant post-registration experience in a nursing home setting.

• Strong clinical and professional ability, with demonstrated leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Key Responsabilities:

• Uphold exceptional standards of nursing and social care, ensuring alignment with the nursing home policies and best practices.

• Oversee medication management, ensuring compliance with guidelines and collaborating with GPs and pharmacies for regular reviews and audits.

• Lead, mentor, and support Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, promoting professional development and a resident-centered approach.

• Conduct clinical, environmental, and medication audits, implementing action plans to elevate and sustain quality standards.

• Act as a primary liaison for residents and their families, managing daily interactions and effectively addressing concerns.
