On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Assistant Person in Charge to join a nursing home in Tipperary. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire staff to ensure high-quality residential care.
• Oversee daily operations for efficient, well-staffed nursing home management.
• Champion person-centered care and maintain positive resident relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIQA and the Health Act 2007.

Requirements:

• Third Level Degree in Nursing with active An Bord Altranais registration.
• Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) required.
• Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience, including 2+ years in nursing home management.
• Proven leadership skills with a commitment to exceptional elder care.
