What We're Looking For:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration

• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a nursing home setting (mandatory)

• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare or management

• Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills

• Deep knowledge of HIQA regulations and compliance standards

• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
